envy24 driver

[Michael Nottebrock]

There used to be a driver for envy24-based soundcards at 
http://www.katsurajima.seya.yokohama.jp/envy24/. I can't reach that site 
anymore and it seems the driver hasn't made it into the tree yet. Is it still 
out there? Does it still compile?
