Fix for fxtv to build with gcc3

Hi,

[ I'm posting the patch here, as suggested by fxtv's README ]

The code has some problems when compiled with the gcc3 compiler, specially
a macro that defines a multiple line string.  The attached patch fixes it
by quoting each line, adding \n's where appropiate and backslashes at the
end of all lines.  Could you apply it to fxtv's code?
