	I've removed the ones on ftp.sohara.org to reduce confusion.
One piece of documentation that needs a home (suggestions welcomed)

==================================================================
The new grab code brings environment variable support

        BKTR_DEV 0|1|2|3
        BKTR_FORMAT 1|2|3|4|5|6
                1 - PAL, 2 - NTSC, 3 - SECAM, 4 - PALN, 5 - PALM,
		6 - NTSCJ
                Don't try using the names :)
        BKTR_FREQUENCY nnn.mm

        These override compile time options and are overridden by command
line options.

	Seems appropriate to keep this line :)
