New ffmpeg port to try

	Long time, no see.... :) I've been having some personal
problems which otherwise engage me but I took a look at your
update.
	I did small changes to it such as add ffplay-SDL support.
However, it seems that that ffplay is not ready for debut just yet.
	Could you guys test this latest version of Steve's
update and let us know what do you think?
