centrino base notebook Freebsd 5.1 reboot problem

Hi list
I have problem with my FreeBSD 5.1 centrino based notebook.
I can't reboot, when I try to reboot all is stoped but after message
Rebooting notebook hang-up and only power button work ;-).
Shutdown work fine.
This is with GENERIC Kernel
With FreeBSD 4.7 not have problem with reboot.
This is a ACPI error or ...
