HEADS UP: people running www.freebsd.org mirrors! Switch from cvsup to rsync please.

I was punished for trying to be smart. here's a better version:
build-web --rsync--> bit0.us-west.freebsd.org --rsync--> cvsup-master 
--cvsup--> mirrors
build-web --rsync--> bit0.us-west.freebsd.org --rsync--> www.freebsd.org

ie: anything you can see on cvsup is already *second-hand* from 
bit0.us-west.freebsd.org.
