HOWTO local mirror of minimum set of directories for network installation (i386 and x64 only)

Hi,

To save the effort of swapping CDs, I am trying to setup a local mirror 
for network installation of FreeBSD on i386 and x64 machines within the 
organization. I hope someone could help to advise what is the minimum 
set of directories to be mirror-ed in order to support network installation.
