(GSoC 2015) Parallel ports build and installation => paraports

So,

I haven't received a single response to my proposal.
Is there something missing or totally wrong with it?
Even negative response would be acceptable.

I've applied for GSoC as a student and am at step where I should choose
organization to which to submit a proposal (but write it first).

I would really like to do this project.
