Does tcpdump2xplot work?

I misenterpreted the instructions; tcpdump2xplot does _not_ accept
a capture file.

Other docs say I have to do this:

  tcpdump -tt -S -r tcpdump.out | tcpdump2xplot

But, I get the same error...
