FreeBSD Port: security/nss

Hey Ajay,

You've probably seen my PR by now, but in case not:

Please test this if you have time.  It needs to be tested with other 
apps that link to NSS to ensure the new version doesn't break its 
dependants.  Testing on other platforms would be good too.
