new freebsd gnome user needs upgrade help

The Tinderbox is currently the only way to upgrade using packages if
you're using a -RELEASE system.  You do not need to remove your existing
packages first.  See http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/faq212.html for
more details on upgrading.
