ungraceful build error for devel/bonobo with stale ORBit

Hi

I'm compiling the port math/gnumeric and it needs devel/bonobo, and when
compiling bonobo the configure program stops with this:

configure: error: ORBit 0.5.12 or later required

"/usr/ports/devel/bonobo/work/bonobo-1.0.22/config.log" including the output
of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide
an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls
/var/db/pkg`).

Stop in /usr/ports/devel/bonobo.

Rebuilding and reinstalling the devel/ORBit port allows bonobo to compile
correctly, so it's quite a straightforward problem. It's just handled rather
ungracefully and you requested a problem report about it.
