Assistance with Resolving Gnome 2.6 Upgrade Faliure

Good morning,

Lost connection with ISP on several occasions.  Sure that contributed 
to, if not caused, my problems. 

Message says: /usr/local/sbin/portupgrade failed to run a recursive
upgrade on glib-2*.
