Epiphany & webpage backgrounds

Looks fine to me (I guess) in Ephy, Galeon, and Opera.  However, I can
reproduce what you're reporting if I have the following two checkboxes
checked under Edit->Preferences->Fonts and Colors:

Always use these fonts
Always use the desktop theme colors
