Epiphany & webpage backgrounds

Anyone else experiencing an Epiphany issue where the background color of
web pages just defaults to white? Example: I go to www.arstechnica.com and
the webpage shows up black text on a white background. It's actually green
text on a black background. Is there a file that controls this?
