Upgrade mozilla-firebird to 0.7.1 (not built yet)

Yep, that was my point.  Since 0.7.1 doesn't offer any improvements that
will be visible to FreeBSD users, we should hold off as it does take a
long time to compile.  Thanks none-the-less, Mikhail.
