New nss and firefox

i'll try to explain our rationale one more time.

a) Sweeping commits are still not allowed as the 9.0-RELEASE process is
NOT finished yet.
b) We keep nss and ca_root_nss in sync
c) not only firefox depends on nss

I guess this would qualify as a sweeping commit ;)

As you can see i run 3.13.x on MY box and it works, but we are just NOT
allowed to update the ports to 3.13.x at the current time. If you have a
problem with that you should probably talk to portmgr, as it's their
policy, not mine.
