I have "rolled back" our production server to 11.2 (which has not been a
pleasant task BTW) and applied patch from bug #236480 on our 12.0 "dev" machine
(a small HPE Microserver) which hasn't deadlocked so far (but it's only 13 days
of uptime, and the workload is not the same..)
