Sounds like the same issue I was/am having and others are starting to. In my
case, increasing kern.maxvnodes seemed to mask the problem and gave me longer
uptime but it eventually happened. So far I have haven't had any problems since
applying the patch I attached to bug #236480, however nobody else seems willing
to try that so it's still unclear what exactly is going on...
