Hello,

We have a bunch of machines which use the node package manager (NPM)
quite heavily and so PR 209158 is very problematic to us as this
deadlock occur almost every time npm is triggered.. and only option is 
to reboot the machine. It has another annoying side effect: backups are
stalled because our backup software (Bacula) try to backup a directory
which is involved in the deadlock ...

Now that the fix has been MFC'ed to 10-STABLE I would like to know if an
EN is planned (we're running 10.3-RELEASE), or if I have to upgrade to
-STABLE ..?
