I've not used stable/9 myself but there are know issues with older mfi
FW which causes TIMEOUTS which then results in panics on UFS.

The fix is to upgrade your FW.

In addition I've backed out the forced timeout on requests which was
MFC'ed to stable/9 in r252554:
