brandelf and LINUXBASE/usr/libexec

Hi,

I read this as old unbranded linux binaries can still reboot the system out of the blue. As such I would say that we should keep the good example of branding of linux binaries (business as usual).

The static linux binaries built with the modern binutils are implicitely
branded.
