HEADS UP: doc/ slush

In a sure sign that trying to work on two totally unrelated releases is
a bad sign: I forgot to announce the start of the doc/ slush, which
should have started yesterday.

The idea is to postpone any non-essential commits to the doc/ tree until
it's tagged for 5.2-RELEASE (this tagging is currently scheduled for
Friday, 12 December); this gives translation teams time to finish off
their work.

This is not a hard freeze (as is the case in src/ and ports/). Just
use your best judgement.

Thanks...keep up the great work!

Bruce.
