DHCP no longer working for em(4): networkmgr issue 56 (and /var/log/messages weirdness)

I realised a cause of the problem after reading

to report <https://github.com/ghostbsd/networkmgr/issues/56>.

on 23rd April.

I wonder why I see no log of the update:
