HEADS UP: usb2 support for hal

I've completed working (at least for me) usb2 support for hal.  I've
also fixed some hal bugs along the way.  Before I commit this, please
try this out.  I don't have a lot of hardware, but I was able to test
umass drive mounting in GNOME.  If you have problems, refer to the HAL
FAQ at http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/docs/halfaq.html before reporting
them.
