Based on this I'm going to hold off on uploading the
packages-7-current/ packages since they'd have to be replaced ASAP
anyway.  In the meantime, people can use packages on HEAD by setting
PACKAGESITE to use the packages-6-current/ packages, which should
almost all work fine on HEAD.
