Tried the patch on this thread:

but get some patch errors with -current kernel

From the look of it, it seems it adresses the problem of the 2 pairs of bulk 
ports.

What I'm not sure is about the calls of usbd_do_request_flags(), it just times 
out, even with correct bulk ports mapped (but no extended device info).


If you have a recent version, before the actual commit, I'd be happy to test 
it, and patch it if necesary.
