5.2.1 on Acer Travelmate 800 LCi boot of install CD fails

Try building a kernel without cardbus in it.
The O2 micro cardbus chips sets are strange in this machine. I haven't
tried -current recently so don't know whether Warner's updates help.
The ethernet is supported by the bfe driver, Wireless LAN via the
NDISulator.
