HEADS UP: recompile network interface modules (again)

Another size change to 'struct ifnet' makes it necessary that you recompile
modules that make use of it. i.e. everything that deals with network
interfaces. If you do the normal make buildkernel/installkernel this should
not affect you as these targets rebuilt and -install all modules.
