panics with 5.2.1 on single processor on dual motherboard

Here's another panic I'm getting on a FreeBSD 5.2.1 machine, with 256
MB of RAM. Note, it is dual capable, but it is running with a single
450 Mhz Pentium II processor. The motherboard is a Tyan Thunderbolt.
The kernel currently has SMP, APIC & ACPI enabled. Sometimes it will go
two to three weeks before it crashes and other times it will only last
a few days to a week, it seems to be random. I have 5.2.1 installed on
two other dual processor machines and it seems to be working just fine.
The biggest difference is of course, that these others have two
processors and this one has one. Could this be a source of the problem?
I've even tried compiling w/o APIC, ACPI & SMP w/o success. Ever since
upgrading from 5.1 (which had 120 day uptime when it was updated) it
has been unstable.
So, I've enabled dumps on it to get a corefile to analyze, as well as
running a kernel with the debug option on. Here are two core dump
backtraces:
> sudo gdb -k /boot/kernel/kernel vmcore.1

Hope someone can shed some light on the situation. Since this has been
a problem, I've tried kernels w/o ACPI, SMP and APIC, with no luck,
they've all eventually led to a lockup or panic. Please reply directly
as I don't always stay on top of -current.
