I just read groggy's update to the SCO suit, especially after the Sontag
remarks.  Well done, grog.

I really wonder how such a high profile case as this is being blundered and
mismanaged into miserable failure.  Reminds me of the OJ Simpson case.

One can only hope the courts will see it the same way.
