i386/46194: 5.0-RC1 kern floppy load fails on AMD K6-2 Socket 7 system

 I repeated the test with 5.1-RELEASE kern.flp and got similar results. I no
 longer get random characters overwriting console text, and the register
 contents may differ, but the overall BTX halt/reboot cycle is the same.
