There are many valid arguments for and against removal, but I'm afraid
that isn't one of them.
Many things aren't used by "most users" - Most don't use bhyve, for example,
and I bet a high proportion don't even use clang, or many of the other
installed utilities.
As for dma, it's already installed by default - but as most people don't
use it, by your logic, it shouldn't be! :-)
