dwb : groff replacement proposal

Hi,

seen on http://wiki.freebsd.org/ContribSoftware, groff have switch
to GPLv3 license, so, don't know if the license permit it, but the
Documentation WorkBench is available for download here :

PS : the current dwb.1993-02-04.tgz archive doesn't contain any license,
however, the download states that "Unknown License" agreement is 
required for the dwb but require the acceptance of the Common Public 
License Version 1.0, don't know if the CPL is compatible w/ the BSD one?
