FreeBSD Anonymous CVS server is back in operation

The FreeBSD anonymous CVS server "anoncvs.freebsd.org" is back
in service now.  Usage has changed slightly.  In particular,
you'll need to set your CVSROOT environment variable to
":pserver:anoncvs at anoncvs.freebsd.org:/home/ncvs" and use "cvs login"
with the password "anoncvs" to gain initial access.  See
