Floppy drive not found by RELENG_5_1

Floppy is not workign since 5.0 RELEASE
I had reported it but noone answered me.
so since for my work I need the floppy (to sign certificates into 
another machine)
I Switched to 4.8 RELEASE where floppy works.
Anyway I Report too that floppy is not working on 5.1
I have a XP1000
