As things stand the best guess (provided you want to get a official
story from FreeBSD POV) is probably the core team,
freebsd-core at freebsd.org, I'm not sure anybody else can "speak for"
FreeBSD anyways. If thats not what you have in mind, there may be many
more alternative options.
