6.3.9 / 3.3 MByte transfer rate

Hi Peter,
not being able to help you I can only confirm this speed limitation issue with 6.3.9.
I hadn't received any comment when claiming this problem. 
It was back in August when I rose this issue. So we may be stuck from the same problem. I returned back to 6.2.36 - for me this was helpful.
