WideODD bug and ahc->flags

Hi,
I see that "AHC_TMODE_WIDEODD_BUG" is set in the "ahc->bugs" variable. But 
in many places in the kernel and in one place in the firmware, it is checked 
against "ahc->flags". Is it ok ?
