I was wrong about it working as a module.
Driver does not work either way since 2.4.21. (2.6 have same problem).
HostRAID is not enabled as far as I know. No such config in scsi-bios.
The controller does not even say it supports raid (docs etc).
(SCSI controller is Adaptec AIC-7902 U320 (rev 03) according to lspci).
The motherboard has zero-channel raid controller (2010s). This is not
enabled/compiled in kernel. (No i2o).
When using modprobe is says: No devices found.
I do not use RAID in anyway on system.
The motherboard has chipset: ServerWorks Grand Champion LE.
I can send the kernel config if you want it.
I can also hack the driver if you need any info that way.
This is what is recognised in 2.4.21.
