39160 lockups

Doug's driver works fine with the MegaRaid driver.  It only probes the AIC
chips.

Are your drives set for power management?  I have had problems with an old
drive when it would spin down it would not come back up for several minutes.
I set up that drive to not sleep and that helps.  You might try that.
