Linux AMD K6 problems

Hello,

  I have just upgraded my K6-2 400 machine with the 2942u2w card and 2 * 9U2WGB
disks. When I try to access the device I get "SCSI: aborting command due to
time-out".
If I put this card and disks into a 450 PII it's fine.
I also found that the AMD setup worked with a GLIB-6 and not with a libc-5. All
machines are running with the 2.2.13 kernel. Apart from swapping the mother
boards is there anything I can do?

Thanks

Bob Weeks
