2742T does not boot

Nothing.  I reported the same problem with the AHA-2742T a couple of months
ago.  The machine in question, a DEC Prioris which has both EISA and PCI bus
support, works with an AHA-2940 series controller.  Whatever the problem is
looks specific to EISA.
