Linux 2.1.54 aic7xxx driver

I thought I'd communicate some kudos to whom ever had a hand in getting the
blasted QUEUE_FULL crap straightened out.  I saw queue_full from two hard
drives and a jaz drive this afternoon as a process needing 300+MB of memory
rapidly swapped on all of those devices -- yes, I was swapping to a JAZ
drive!  It was the fastest way I could give the thing more memory.

Normally, the machine would have gone absolutely nuts.
