yes, known.

There is a patch linked from:
https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-wireless/2026-March/004152.html

you can try;  if you do not have sources you can apply it directly to /etc/regdomain.xml (make a backup copy before that).

It then lists the create args for rc.conf.

This is not an official solution but a hack for now.
