iwlwifi/AX210: country AU maps to ROW and omits common Australian 5 GHz channels 36-48

I am new to this, so apologies if this is a duplicate (I checked but
not sure if checked right)

On FreeBSD 15 with Intel AX210 using iwlwifi, setting country AU results in:

regdomain ROW country AU

The resulting channel list omits common Australian 5 GHz channels
36-48 and only exposes 5 GHz channels 149, 153, 157, and 161.

Using country US regdomain FCC exposes channel 36 and allows
association to an AP on channel 36.

Attempting country AU regdomain ETSI still falls back to ROW.

This appears to be an incomplete or incorrect AU regulatory-domain
mapping, or a failure to apply a non-ROW regdomain for AU.
