So it turned out that if WITHOUT_DMAGENT is defined in src.conf, this
step isn't necessary, but it is still necessary to set
sendmail_enabled="NO" in rc.conf.  (We'll probably switch over when we
absolutely have to, but I have no time for dealing with that right
now.)
