Thanks Robert, we have upgraded the systems but some of the legacy systems
have not been upgraded yet, ran into this issue, we had to explicitly port
the fixes.

We ensure to keep pulling the fixes from release branches frequently, but
noticed that this critical fix is not ported to 11.4 but some of the fixes
were ported.

I am sorry to bother but just want to streamline the porting process and
updates, hence the query.

I am yet could not able to realize the rationale for this being not present
11.4 (there must definitely be a reason which freebsd team have
considered), any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Regards.
Bhavani
