We ensure to keep pulling the fixes from release branches frequently, but noticed that this critical fix is not ported to 11.4 but some of the fixes were ported. I am sorry to bother but just want to streamline the porting process and updates, hence the query. I am yet could not able to realize the rationale for this being not present 11.4 (there must definitely be a reason which freebsd team have considered), any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Robert, we have upgraded the systems but= some of the legacy systems have not been upgraded yet, ran into this issue= , we had to explicitly port the fixes.

We ensure to keep pulling the fixes from release branches fr= equently, but noticed that this critical fix is not ported to 11.4 but some= of the fixes were ported.

I am sorry to bother but just want to streamline the porting process and= updates, hence the query.

I am yet could not able to realize the rationale for this being not pres= ent 11.4 (there must definitely be a reason which freebsd team have conside= red), any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
