v2 textproc/py-docutils: Update port to version 0.22.4
Considering that updates to textproc/py-docutils can affect a significant
number of reverse dependencies, updating directly to 0.23 would be broader than
necessary for this issue. Pelican 4.12 requires Docutils 0.22 or newer, so I
have attached a revised patch updating textproc/py-docutils to version 0.22.4,
the latest release in the 0.22 branch.
I plan to test the updated Docutils port locally against the following
representative consumers:
- www/py-pelican
- textproc/py-sphinx
- textproc/py-myst-parser
- devel/py-readme-renderer
- textproc/py-pybtex-docutils
Since Rust is part of the dependency chain for some of these builds, the local
poudriere testing will be fairly time-consuming. I will report back with the
results once the tests have completed.
